Services
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Refunds, Returns, Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds, returns and/or cancellations are not possible. Exceptions can be made under special circumstances (ex.: if you have purchased the same product twice).
Updates
Themes will be periodically updated to fix bugs and make sure everything is running smoothly.
If you have purchased a theme that has been recently updated, you are eligible to receive the updated files without having to purchase the theme again.
Support
By purchasing a theme from November Dahlia, you receive lifetime support free of charge.
Support includes: fixing theme bugs, answering questions about the theme or the platform you’re using (with some limitations).
Support does NOT include: theme customizations, additions of new sections, fixing theme issues as a result of you or a third-party editing the theme*.
* You are free to contact me for help, but please keep in mind in the case of a theme error as a result of you or a third-party editing the theme, my support will be limited and you may have to upload a fresh copy of the theme.
Backup
It is your responsibility to backup your site and keep it up to date. Before you upload a new theme, create a backup and save any sensitive information that you do not want to lose.
Copyright
- All services provided by November Dahlia are for your personal use only.
- You are not permitted to share, gift or resell the themes with anyone.
- Your are not permitted to claim any themes purchased from November Dahlia as your own creation, even if you have made modifications.
- You are permitted to modify the theme to your liking. Support will be limited if said modifications cause a theme error.
- You are permitted to edit the credit link in the footer and add your name if you have made any modifications to the theme (ex.: “Design by November Dahlia | Customized by [your name here]”).
- Your are permitted to remove the credit link to November Dahlia in the footer of your theme.
